In case you hadn’t heard, 96-year old essayist Studs Terkel and Democratic Strategist James Carville had some of the best quotes this week.
Carville on Joe the Plumber; “The reason Republicans are happy about Joe the Plumber is they're glad they got somebody hanging around a toilet other than Larry Craig.”
Terkel on Gov. Palin; “She's Joe McCarthy in Drag!”
Sometimes the snark writes itself… this is one of those times.
