Photo of the Day

Update Below

From The Sun:
"BUNGLING George Bush made one of his great verbal blunders yesterday - as he welcomed the Queen. He said Her Majesty had joined in America's bicentennial celebrations of 1776 - before quickly correcting himself and saying 1976. As a crowd of 7,000 guests at the President's "gaff" laughed, Mr Bush WINKED at the Queen."

The Queen was not amused...

BTW, the picture is from the Daily Mail.

Update: Now even Queen Elizabeth is making jokes at the President’s expense. Following up on Bush’s gaffe earlier this week, Queen Elizabeth began her toast at the British Embassy dinner with a sarcastic poke at the president:

”Mr. President, I wondered whether I should start this toast saying, ‘When I was here in 1776’”

Nice...

Ha! That's a great picture. Despite the things they say, facial expressions never lie! ha.
